The Los Angeles Chargers made Justin Herbert one of the top paid quarterbacks in the NFL. Yet the Chargers continue to lose games and currently have twice as many losses as they do wins. Today Herbert also threw twice as many interceptions as he did touchdown passes.
This is just not good enough. Patrick Mahomes threw 4 touchdown passes and had over 400 yards passing against the Chargers today. If the Chargers are going to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs for the division the they will need better play from their franchise quarterback. What good is great arm talent if you can't win games?
